1. Summary#
APOE genotype information for TwinsUK participants, derived from genotyped single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs429358 and rs7412. Individuals were genotyped using Illumina’s Infinium Global Screening Array-24 v3.0 BeadChip and imputed on the TopMed panel.
