UK LLC has used pre-defined diagnostic codes to create a range of derived datasets based on NHS England data.

DATAMIND collection#

UK LLC has worked with DATAMIND to create derived datasets that cover a range of mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions.

The conditions include:

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • schizophrenia

  • bipolar disorder

  • autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

UK Biobank collection#

UK LLC has generated derived datasets for seven health outcomes, partially based on algorithms developed and validated by UK Biobank.

The conditions are:

  • asthma

  • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

  • dementia

  • myocardial infarction (MI)

  • motor neurone disease (MND)

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • stroke.
